Password & phone
Both fields can be changed any time from your settings. We recommend rotating your password every 90 days and keeping your phone number current.
Changing your password
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Account.
- Tap Change password.
- Enter your current password, then a new one (8+ characters).
- Confirm. You'll stay signed in on this device.
Other devices get signed out
Changing your password automatically signs you out of every other browser/phone for security. You'll need to log in again there.Updating your phone
Same place — Settings → Account → Phone. Format must be Malaysian (e.g. 0123456789 or +60123456789).
Forgot password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We email a reset link valid for 1 hour. Email support@verifiedsa.cc if you no longer have access to your registered email.
