For high-volume sales advisors. The add-on doubles your lead capacity from 500 to 1000 for an extra RM5/month.
When to enable it
If you're getting close to 500 leads, consider the add-on. It makes sense if:
- You handle 50+ new prospects per month
- You keep multi-year history of cold leads to nurture
- You manage referrals from multiple dealerships
How to enable
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
- Toggle +500 contacts add-on.
- You're redirected to Chip-In to confirm the new charge.
- The add-on activates instantly after payment.
Pro-rated billing
If you turn on the add-on mid-cycle, you're billed pro-rated for the remaining days. The next full RM10/month charge happens on your normal renewal date.Disabling it
Toggle the add-on off any time. You stay at 1000 leads until the end of the current period, then drop back to 500. Existing leads are never deleted, even if you have more than 500.
