First-time setup
The first time you log in, VSA shows a small setup window to make sure your account is secure and your details are complete. It takes less than a minute.
When does it appear?
The setup window appears if any of these are true:
- Your account was bulk-created by your dealership and you have a temporary password.
- Your profile is missing a phone number.
What to fill in
- New password — at least 8 characters. Pick something different from the temporary one.
- Confirm password — type it again to avoid typos.
- Phone number — Malaysian format. Both
0123456789and+60123456789are accepted.
Cannot reuse the temp password
If your account was bulk-seeded, the system will block you from setting your new password to the temporary one. This is intentional — pick something only you know.Click "Confirm & Continue"
Both fields are saved in a single step. Once it succeeds, the window closes and you're on your dashboard. The next time you log in, it won't appear again.
Need to leave?
If you want to come back later, click "Sign out and come back later"at the bottom of the window. You'll be logged out — log in again whenever you're ready and the setup will resume.
