Pipeline stages
The Kanban board has five stages. Drag any lead between columns to update its status. Stages match the typical flow of a Malaysian car sale.

Baharu
Brand-new leads. First contact attempt should be made within 24 hours.
2
Mengikuti
Following up — at least one conversation has happened.
3
Tunggu Loan
Loan application has been submitted, waiting for approval.
4
Diluluskan
Loan approved. Coordinate delivery.
5
Dihantar
Car delivered. Deal closed.
Tips
- Move leads forward as soon as a milestone is hit — keeps the board honest.
- If a lead goes cold, leave it in Mengikuti with a dated note instead of deleting it.
- Closed lost? Right-click and archive — keeps your numbers accurate.
