Is VSA free to try?+
Yes. You can register and use the dashboard for free, with the calculator in view-only mode and 1 lead total. Upgrade to Pro (RM5/month) when you're ready for the full experience.
What does Pro cost?+
RM5/month or RM50/year (yearly = ~2 months free). The +500 contacts add-on is an extra RM5/month if you need to track more than 500 leads.
Which payment methods are supported?+
Chip-In (our gateway) accepts FPX (online banking), credit cards, debit cards, and major Malaysian e-wallets.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. No contracts, no fees. Cancel from Settings → Billing — Pro stays active until the end of your current paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Nothing — it stays right where it was. You revert to free tier (1 lead, view-only calculator). Resubscribe whenever you want and everything is still there.
Does VSA work on mobile?+
Yes. The dashboard is fully responsive and the calculator is optimised for phones. There's no app to install — just open verifiedsa.cc in your browser.
Can I share my account with a colleague?+
Technically possible but not recommended. Single-session login means you'll keep getting kicked out when the other person signs in. Each SA should have their own account.
How do I get a username for my biolink?+
Set it under Settings → Biolink → Username. 3–30 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens. See the Choosing a username doc for tips.
Are you adding more car brands?+
Yes — Proton, Honda, and Toyota are on the roadmap. Reach out via Contact us if you want priority support for a specific brand.
Is my data safe?+
Data lives in Supabase Singapore with row-level security so only you can see your own data. Card details never touch our servers (Chip-In handles that). Read the full Privacy Policy for details.
