Renewal & cancellation

Pro renews automatically every month (or year if you picked the yearly plan). Reminders go out before the charge. Cancel anytime — no questions, no fees.

Renewal reminders

We email you on these days:

• 7 days before expiry
• 3 days before expiry
• 1 day before expiry

Each reminder includes a one-tap renew button. If auto-debit is on, you don't need to do anything — the charge happens automatically.

Failed renewal

If the auto-debit fails (insufficient balance, expired card, etc.), your status flips to expired at end of period. The biolink overlay returns and the dashboard reverts to free tier. Renew manually from Settings → Billing to restore access — your data is never deleted.

Cancelling

1. Open Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
2. Tap Cancel subscription.
3. Confirm.

You keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period — no pro-rated refunds. After that you revert to free tier with all your data intact.
