Single-session
VSA enforces single-session login: only one device can be signed in at a time. This protects your prospect data and prevents shared logins between dealers.
How it works
When you sign in on a new device (phone, tablet, browser), every other active session for your account is automatically signed out. The next time someone tries to use that device, they'll be sent to the login screen.
Manual sign-out everywhere
If you suspect someone else is using your account, sign them out immediately:
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Security.
- Tap Sign out other sessions.
- Confirm.
You stay logged in on the current device. Every other device is kicked instantly.
Sharing your account
Don't share your password with colleagues. Each SA should have their own account so leads, biolinks, and history stay separate.
