Sending WhatsApp from PM Details
PM Details is the one-tap way to send a personalised loan estimate to your prospect on WhatsApp. The lead is created automatically and the calculation is linked to it.
Steps
- Run a calculation for the car your prospect is interested in.
- Tap "PM Details" at the bottom of the result card.
- Enter your prospect's name and WhatsApp number.
- Pick a template (Classic, Dark, Minimal, or Table).
- Tap Send — WhatsApp opens with the message pre-filled.
What gets sent
A formatted summary including:
- The car model + variant
- Down payment, tenure, monthly installment
- Total payable
- Your contact info (linked to your biolink if Pro)
Customise the template
Pro users can edit the WhatsApp message template at Settings → Calculator → Message Template. Add your dealership name, your tagline, anything else you want to say.
